This place offers a great location for early risers with complimentary breakfast and close proximity to Newport, Easton, and Atlantic Beaches for a weekend getaway.

It was a well-maintained hotel with ocean views and good Wi-Fi. The breakfast was above average and offered a lot of options. I loved the room, the bed was nice. The staff seemed supper friendly. The service was good, the food was excellent. Could use their easy parking. The property had favourable and perfect location near to the beach, food and shopping, Middletown / Newport and still convenient to the attractions.

Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Location was good, across from the beach and close to the Cliff Walk, and about a mile from downtown Newport.

Stayed one night on a trip thru New England. Was the nicest place we stayed in two week trip. Close to Cliff Walk, and Mansions. Very roomy and comfortable. Had a King Luxuary Room. Discount at restaurant [Johnny's] should be bigger and better posted. Ate there but was not aware of and missed the discount. Same goes for winery discount coupons. Luckier to have noticed them but coupons were just lying on table in lobby.

Great location near Newport! The staff here are super friendly and welcoming to everyone, which makes for a pleasant stay. The breakfast is pretty good, with tasty scrambled eggs, yummy waffles, and delicious bagels to start your day right. 🍳

The stay was excellent, as always. the place was clean and luxurious. - the breakfast had a variety of options including croissants, cereals, muffins, eggs, and hot waffles. - the room was immaculately clean with awesome views of the ocean.

This place offers a great value for the price, it's convenient for families with babies, and has a fantastic location near Sachuest State Park which is breathtaking.

The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. They gave us good recommendations for meals and even had 10% off at those places with our key card. The restaurants were also very nice and the food was great with reasonable prices. Breakfast is included which is continental plus. They had cereal and hard boiled eggs, waffles and pasteries, juices and tea and coffee. That is a real plus, even though it wasn't hot food it is such a help rather than take the time to go to a restaurant. The hotel is across from the beach, and about two long blocks from the Cliff Walk. If the weather had cooperated it would have been the perfect location.

The prices were pretty high $500 + for two nights....... I thought that was excessive, even being across from the beach. However we didn't find any place less expensive. The pool area is being redone which it certainly needs, peeling paint etc. And the pool was quite cold. They said it was 80 degrees which it may have been but I prefer close to 90 degrees. We would stay there again in the shoulder or low seasons but probably not in summer again. For those prices , you could rent a house.

Great location, very clean room and confortable beds.

The hotel was well located across the street from First Beach. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. Second Beach (Sachusett) is gorgeous, and is a 2 minute drive. Newport is also a short drive, and you can walk to the start of the Cliff Walk. The "breakfast lady," who works to help tame the masses at the free breakfast is awesome. Breakfast itself is convenient and decent, although the breakfast room is small and gets crowded on a weekend morning. Arrive on the early side to beat the crowd.

The price was insane for what we got...a small double/double room. I know it was summer, but $319 for a Comfort Inn in a very basic room was just wrong.

This place offers perfectly clean rooms in a pretty comfortable area, right in the center of town.
